   in Wedgewood near Powell. I designed and built this in 1998. It sold July 2025 for over $560,000.

   I framed this house myself with one full-time helper, laid out the position on the lot and depth of excavation, formed and poured the footings, and poured / finished the basement slab.
       Also did all of the electric, HVAC and sewer tap (with permits & inspections) and most of the plumbing. Also designed and installed the fluted exterior columns and all exterior trim. - Vince
